I hate chain letters but…

Hello Bloggers world!!!

It’s been a week out of the bloggers world, and then I find out I have been invited (I feel honored!) to take a challenge from Mr. Roger Stowell, which I cannot decline. So here I go…

My choices are the following…

1. Most beautiful post

Like Caponata for Chocolate – because I lthought the pictures and the setting were beautiful!

2. Most Popular

Tales from Ponza part 1  – I never expected that this post created such an incredible buzz.

 3. Most Controversial

Not yet!!!!

4. Most Helpful

Eggplant Parmesan – an Italian classic  – I had so many people thanking me for the recipe…even Italians!!!

5. Surprising Success

Ambrosia Summer salad – The dressing had an enormous success.

6. Post that did not get enough attention

Maltagliati with zucchini over tomato sauce  – Boh! (an Italian expression meaning “I don’t know”)

 7. Post I am most proud of

Bucatini with roasted red pepper sauce and zucchini  – The writing process was really challenging but I was very proud of the end result.

  2. I love No. 3! Great post. I also love the eggplant parm. It’s very similar to how my family makes it. I think there are some ones I haven’t seen too, so I’m happy to go exploring. I love your blog and am so glad to see Roger sent you the chain letter.

  4. I’m glad you’ve returned and took the time to reply to the chain letter. It’s interesting to see your perspective of your own blog. I come here because you introduce me to things, like chocolate in caponata or Ponza, an island I’d never heard of, much less seen before. I only wish I’d learned of you blog sooner.
